Meet Yegane and Arvid 

Hi! Welcome to sunny Spain, the place we have called home since we first moved here from Sweden. As childhood sweethearts who first met back at school when we were just 16, we now run Part Two Properties. We provide overseas property investment opportunities, by buying, renovating and selling homes, investing our own capital and giving external investors the opportunity to enjoy a strong ROI while also benefiting from advantageous interest rates.

When we first arrived in Andalucia, we immediately fell in love with its natural beauty, sunkissed coastlines and wonderful lifestyle. In fact, we were so enchanted we decided to look for investment opportunities in Spain, taking on our first projects and combining our signature Scandinavian design style with the elegant architecture of Spain’s most desirable coastline.

Our process is simple: We find the most desirable properties in Spain, buy them, renovate them to appeal to the new generation of luxury holidaymaker and sell. During the process, we invite investors to participate in the exchange, receiving a good ROI as well as advantageous interest rates.

How a partnership became a team of experts

Part Two Properties was born when we first began buying, renovating and selling properties in Spain with three apartments in Marbella. Our design projects were so successful that we are now dedicated to purchasing exclusive properties and selling them to clients who dream of a Spanish holiday home.

What began as a two-person partnership has since grown into a formidable team of industry experts, including interior designers, architects, technical architects, craftspeople, lawyers, real estate agents, project managers and a marketing team.
